Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By checking the separate box in the form on the website https://www.irinasirenko.ru and clicking the “Get in touch” button, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Sirenko Irina Valeryevna, a self-employed taxpayer (professional income tax), TIN 772205232909 (hereinafter the “Operator”), consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. List of Data

• surname, first name, and patronymic;
• chosen contact method and the corresponding email, phone number, or messenger username;
• topic of inquiry and the messenger selected for redirect after the form;
• IP address, User-Agent, date and time of form submission, version of this consent.

2. Purpose of Processing

Responding to my inquiry, arranging the first session, and choosing the format of work. This consent does not extend to receiving advertising or informational mailings.

3. Permitted Actions

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, granting access, transfer in cases provided for by this consent, deletion, and destruction of personal data using automated means.

4. Processing by Instruction

For technical receipt of the form, delivery, and storage of the full application, the Operator may engage Russian providers of cloud and email infrastructure. Technical contractors may receive limited access to data only on the Operator’s instruction, to the extent necessary to support infrastructure, without their own processing purposes, subject to confidentiality and security measures.

For operational notification, a reduced set of application data — number, date and time, masked full name, and the name of the chosen contact method — may be transmitted through the Jester technical gateway to Telegram. Full name, contact value, and topic of inquiry are not transmitted via this route. Such transfer may constitute cross-border transfer and is subject to separate verification and fulfillment of procedures provided by law.

5. Term and Withdrawal

If no agreement is concluded, application data is processed for no more than 90 days after the last contact, until the purpose of processing is achieved or until consent is withdrawn — whichever occurs first. Proof of consent may be stored separately for three years after consent ceases to be effective, unless another period is established by law. Contractual and tax data are stored for periods provided by the relevant legal grounds.

Consent may be withdrawn by email to pina_s@mail.ru. After receipt of withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys data within the period provided by law, if there is no other legal basis for further processing.

6. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, understand the purpose, scope of data, processing period, and procedure for withdrawing consent. I do not submit health information or other special categories of personal data through the form.
