About the approach

Understanding yourself —
and living differently

Awareness helps you see what lies behind habitual reactions and why understanding alone is sometimes not enough to change anything.

In the work, a person gradually regains access to feelings and bodily responses, notices established patterns, and the influence of past experience on their life and relationships.

In sessions, it is important to me to create a calm and safe space for open and sincere conversation. In a relational model, not only methodology and professional training matter, but also warm, supportive relationships between therapist and client.

What you can bring

When you want
to live anew

01

Relationships

Inner conflicts and relationships that no longer feel satisfying.

02

Anxiety and low mood

Experiences that drain your energy and make it hard to feel grounded.

03

Traumatic experience

Careful work with the aftermath of psychological trauma.

04

Relationships with children and parents

Difficulties in contact, feelings, and mutual understanding between adult children and parents.

05

Self-realization

Finding resources and ways to act differently when familiar solutions no longer help.

“Therapy does not provide ready-made answers. In it, you can discover new things about yourself, understand why, even when you already know a lot, it is still hard to change something, and gradually find other ways to live and build relationships.”

How the work is structured

Counseling in the gestalt approach is built on collaboration between therapist and client. Working together helps you understand what is happening and find more suitable ways to act and build relationships.

Psychological counseling is not a medical service and does not include diagnosis or medication treatment. If medical or other specialized help is needed, it is important to promptly contact the appropriate specialist.
